Dr. Gichoya is a multidisciplinary researcher, assistant professor at Emory University, and works in Interventional Radiology and Informatics. She is seconded to the National Institutes of Health as a data scholar to help with the Open Data Science Platform (OSDP) component of the DSI Africa Initiative to “Harness Data Science for Health In Africa.” Her career focus is on validating machine learning models for health in real clinical settings, with a specific focus on how algorithms fail. She has worked with the SIIM (Society for Imaging Informatics in Medicine), ML committee, and the ACR and RSNA machine learning committees to advance development and use of AI in medicine.

Dr. Rajiv Pramanik, M.D., is the Chief Health Informatics Officer at Contra Costa Health Services (CCHS). In this role, he serves as Chair of the Office of Informatics and Technology and Chair of the Information Technology Steering Committee, which oversees informatics, analytics & technology across CCHS. Dr. Pramanik continues to do clinical work in the Emergency Department at Contra Costa Regional Medical Center and is committed to advancing health care delivery, patient outcomes and patient experience through data driven decision-making.

Dr. Philip D. Anderson, MD, FACEP, is the Principal for Healthcare Analytics and Director of Strategic Collaborations at GBS as well as Assistant Professor of Emergency Medicine at the Harvard Medical School. He received the 2018 Excellence in Innovation Award from Partners Healthcare, for his work enabling healthcare systems to reduce healthcare resource utilization while improving healthcare quality metrics at the population and healthcare system level. He has 20+ years of consulting experience and has advised governmental organizations, academic, and private healthcare institutions on the development and optimization of emergency care delivery systems, and has also served as an advisor to the United Nations Disaster Management Training Program and the World Health Organization. He has published over 90 original articles, abstracts, reviews, chapters, books and other publications.

Dr. Bifulco is a Surgical Pathologist with additional fellowship subspecialty training, expertise, and board certification in Molecular Genetic Pathology and Hematopathology. Dr. Bifulco currently serves as Chief Medical Officer, Providence Genomics, and as Member and Director of Translational Molecular Pathology and Molecular Genomics at the Earle A. Chiles Research Institute in Portland, Oregon, a division of Providence Cancer Institute. He oversees Providence Molecular Genomics Laboratory, which provides state-of-the-art genomic sequencing to cancer patients. His current translational research is focused on immunohistochemical and image analysis techniques, and on the integration of genomics with immunotherapies. Dr. Bifulco serves on the Global Colon Cancer Immunoscore Task Force led by the Society for Immunotherapy of Cancer (SITC), and is Co-Chair of the SITC Pathology Task Force.

Ari Robicsek, MD, is chief medical analytics officer and senior VP of Research at Providence, a 52-hospital physician health care system based on the West Coast of the United States. His team focuses on democratizing data, innovating analytical technology, and linking health services researchers with clinicians and healthcare operators. Formerly, he was VP of Clinical Analytics at NorthShore University HealthSystem in Evanston, Illinois, and in 2017, he was one of Health Data Management's Top 25 Physician IT leaders. Ari’s academic work has been published in JAMA, Annals of Internal Medicine, and other journals. He has co-chaired Epic’s Research Advisory Council and Data Scientist Forums. Dr. Robicsek received his medical degree from the University of Toronto Medical School, where he also served his internship and residency. He completed a fellowship in infectious diseases at Harvard Medical School.

Dr Markus Lingman MD PhD and Chief Strategy Officer, Consultant Cardiologist at Halland Hospital, Region Halland, together with Adjunct Professor in Medicine at Centre for Applied Intelligent System Research (CAISR) at Halmstad University. Markus Lingman has a background as Senior Consulting Cardiologist, Internal Medicine Specialist Physician as well as member of the higher-level Healthcare Management. His research is currently focused towards applied artificial intelligence in healthcare and health economy. His work with information-driven care earned him the title of "AI Swede of the Year 2020," and earlier this year the Handbook of Information Drive Care was published, with Markus as main author.

Johanna Kim is the Executive Director of the Stanford Center for Artificial Intelligence in Medicine and Imaging. She is an accomplished healthtech leader with deep experience leading teams through all phases of research. She is especially adept at cultivating interdisciplinary and academic/industry collaborations and navigating complexities inherent to the healthcare space. Her 20-year career has spanned diverse contexts, including academic medical centers, university research labs, and health clinics. Johanna holds a bachelor’s degree in musicology and a master’s in public health with a specialization in epidemiology from UCLA, and a master’s in business administration from University of Massachusetts.

Dr. Lungren is the Co-Director of the Stanford Center for Artificial Intelligence in Medicine and Imaging and Associate Professor in the Department of Radiology at Stanford University Medical Center. Dr. Lungren’s NIH and NSF funded research is in the field of AI and deep learning in medical imaging, population health, and predictive health outcomes. He is an internationally recognized leader in clinical machine intelligence, and has led the creation of dozens of applied artificial intelligence algorithms for medicine. He leads the curation of large open datasets at Stanford to advance AI technologies in the global research and education communities. Dr. Lungren also holds a top 1% instructor rating on Coursera, and his work has been featured on NPR, Vice News, and Scientific American.
